Bianca is a force of nature. Her unbridled enthusiasm, total dedication and 110% commitment to her job is unmatched. Coming from an events, as well as travel and tourism background she has embraced the production industry with open arms. Not only does she give all of herself to her work but she has fun doing it. She is an invaluable addition to our teams and productions and really lives the motto “anything is possible.

Bianca and I have worked regularly together on both Stills and TVC jobs. In her earlier days as the Coordinator, and later on as a Producer and myself. She is really organised, detailed and a great communicator so there was never room for error or miscommunication. Whenever a production related challenge did arise, Bianca was always able to sort it out, in the shortest time.

Watching our ever changing industry we see Producers come and go. Well not Bianca, she’s on legend status not only in Cape Town but globally. As a DOP we tend to use language and terms that make very little to no sense to most humans. I’ve always found that if Bianca didn’t already know the term or gear item she would come back the next day knowing exactly what’s up. For what feels like the last 100 years I still crack a smile when seeing her name on the call sheet. She takes no shit and runs a tight ship, but still to this day have never heard a bad word about her.

Bianca Scherr is professional and super efficient, never failing to find solutions to any obstacles and challenges that may be encountered on productions. With her many years of international experience, she manages her productions extremely well and successfully. She is an inspiring, dynamic and motivating leader that shows true value to her team! It is always a pleasure to work with her.

I have worked with Bianca Scherr in numerous productions. I am a freelance Production Manager. Worked in the business for about 20yrs. I can recommend Bianca to anyone. She is one of the best producers i have worked with. She is professional, reliable, treats crew amazingly, great sense of humour and knows how to put a team together and get the job done. I highly recommend her.

Words won’t describe what you experience when working with Bianca. Her lovely and kind character combined with her smiling heart brings every production the essential energy they need. She always has a solution for everything and at any time. She brings the right people together and is giving to everyone who is involved the full respect and gratitude. The productions are always perfectly planed and well organised. With her great knowledge and experience as a producer she makes everything possible and can source from a wide range of her own portfolio and network she built. She knows the best people and all the hidden locations. She brings them together- and that’s where the magic happens. All the background tasks are always so prepared that the client can create their tasks in the perfect way. It’s always an absolute pleasure to work with the magic B woman.

I work and travel for photo productions worldwide. From my experience, Bianca Scherr is one of the most professional and talented Producers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her managing and problem solving skills can always grant successful results. Her ability to make herself available to the team makes her irreplaceable.

Always a pleasure to work with Bianca and her crew. I would best describe it as a familiar environment and great partnership/friendship between those involved in Bianca’s projects. A good place and awesome people to be around.

I absolutely love working with Bianca, her meticulous planning and organisation of a production is seamless, she balances effortless relationships across all departments, clients and crew. Always available to accommodate to the craziest requests or drama's and still able to laugh about them later. Can't wait to work and laugh with her again.

I really enjoyed working with Bianca on our photo and film production. She was highly professional, experienced and organised. The communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

How do I say this simply? after working with Bianca, or being with her in any circumstance, your standards for the company you keep will go up.
